We are seeking a recent graduate from a reputable South African institution to join our clinical research team as a Graduate Technology Analyst. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy problem solver with strong hands-on skills in modern productivity and data tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps) and foundational coding abilities. You will partner with specialized clinical and operational teams to design, build, and optimize technology solutions that streamline workflows, enhance data integrity, and enable smarter, more efficient decision-making across the research lifecycle. You will work on projects spanning data visualization, workflow automation, app development, and process optimization, helping to translate complex research needs into robust, user-friendly tools.

• Design, develop, and maintain low-code applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform: Build dashboards and reports in Power BI to monitor study progress, KPIs, quality metrics, and operational performance
• Create Power Apps to streamline task tracking, study documentation, site support, and role-based workflows
• Use Power Automate to integrate systems, reduce manual tasks, and standardize processes

Qualifications
